Terms and Conditions

Bids can be taken at a group level. Splits to individual outlets must be as per the free case benefit min. orders.
For bids placed & confirmed by customers, the discounts will be payable on all deliveries between 8 Feb – 21 Mar 2025. (Energy deliveries prior to auction will not attract any manual discounts as per the auction rates)
Any auction lot volumes not delivered within this timeframe will be considered incomplete and the related auction discount will not apply (no pro-rata payment will be made)
The auction payout for said bids will be limited /capped to the defined volumes per auction lot (quantity by brand) – excess volumes will not qualify for auction discount.
Auction lot payouts will be based on fully delivered auction lot volumes by customer (capped to auction lot sizes)
The Pricing Manager may allow for smalle volume shortfalls per lot size (0.2% variance) to factor in FBRs, damages etc.
In the event of OOS, customer would need to purchase another energy brand in the same category, this is to approved in writing by the Pricing Manager and Head of Customer Excellence Non-National.
Purchases need to be as per the brand split per LOT.
Flavours are at the the discretion of the customer, CCBSA will not stipulate what flavours need to be part of the bundle
Should the customer qualify and be in good standing with CCBSA then they will be considered for 30 days on all auction purchases (no extended terms to be granted for online auction).
Price on the site will be net price including manual discounts & Free Case Benefit i.e. not the final invoice price – invoice price will be customers’ tier discount
A view of lots that have been purchased at the auction will be shared 4th Feb for the live auction & 6th Feb for the online auction
Sale Team to then capture those lots to allow for planning to commence. Lot deliveries can be split across multiple deliveries as long as FULL LOT is delivered before the 21st Mar.
Sales managers will have one week to check accuracy of payout file from last delivery date and once signed off final payout file to be sent to the Pricing Manager and Head of Customer for approval, any queries not raised at this stage will need to be managed at regional level.
Within 2 weeks of the final deliveries the final leaderboard will be shared and prize giving ceremony will be held where winners will be announced in the presence of all other participants

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or free stock.
Customer may purchase more than 1 bundle per LOT.
All bids per LOT are per outlet. Not as a group.
Delivery to be within 2 weeks (end of day 1 September 2023)
In the event of OOS customer would need to purchase another flavour in the same brand.
All prices are inclusive of discounts etc. unless stipulated otherwise.
Purchases need to be as per brand, pallet and case split for every LOT.
